Using the offline portal

Import a .owlinvoice file to load invoices and settings. Data stays in your browser.
Review invoices, record payments, and (optionally) create new invoices. Late fees and balances update automatically.
Download a PDF of any invoice to email manually or attach to your own system.
Export a new .owlinvoice file to move data to another browser or send it back.

Notes

Works fully offline. Stripe checkout, email sending, and share links are disabled by design.
PDF invoices: if your file includes embedded PDFs, they render directly; otherwise use the Download PDF button to print/save.
Local cache: data persists in this browser until you reset or import new data.
