What is Owl Invoicing?

Owl Invoicing is the offline, client-facing portal derived from the production billing system. It mirrors the core experience—invoice viewing, payments tracking, late-fee handling, and export/import—while removing all server dependencies so you can distribute it safely to clients.

Offline by design

No login, no backend. All data lives in the browser and in your exported .owlinvoice files.

Client-friendly

Same UI patterns as the live portal so clients can navigate without relearning.

Payment flexibility

Record payments locally and download PDFs for email; online checkout is intentionally disabled.

Multi-client ready

Switch between clients or view all in one place, matching the original admin view.
